Benefits 

Members will pay the lower rates for lessons making a saving per lesson. 

Members will have priority for a regular group slot. 

Members will have priority booking for events. 

Only members will be able to book Pony Hires. 

All members will receive a membership card and badge. 

Members lesson cancellation policy will remain the same notice terms to cancel (Before 9am weekday, before 5pm Friday evening Saturday) or will have to pay full lesson price.

Non members cancellation policy 24hrs notice to cancel or will have to pay full lesson price.

6 month membership £35 payable no later than your first lesson in September to make the lesson fee saving. 

Option available to pay the full year to September 2026. 

Fee due start of new term September 2025 and 1st March 2026

Membership Terms and Conditions 

6 monthly fee to be paid before able to receive discounted lesson prices or will be charged non member price per lesson until membership fee paid. 

No refund on membership fee should you decide to stop riding at any point. 

Membership sign up/renewal runs semi annually on Sep/March schedule. New members joining after the first 3 three months of each 6 monthly schedule fee is £18 and will be £35 on the next due date. 

Members and non members we require 2 weeks notice to stop riding in your allocated group space. If rider no longer wants to ride 2 week fee must be paid.
